This is a story about Bryce Taylor, a young black cowboy who was out to prove that life could be lived without the presents of hate, conflicts, or wars. Even as a kid, young Bryce watched the evil of the West slaughter both his family and his friend. Since then, Bryce has traveled all over the West, feared as the famous mask gunman, known as The Black Shadow, who wanted nothing more than to stand and fight for colored folks and for folks of different ethnicity, proving that all humans are the same and should be treated the same, regardless of color. During his journey around the West, he crosses paths with friends and foes, who hate, feared, and liked him.
