This book is based on a personal experience of childhood sexual harassment and abuse. For 6 years, unaware of what was even happening to me and the long-term affects it would cause. It is also a self-help book, giving you different sources and tactics to heal on your own. I am 32 years old now and still healing from my trauma. I would love for this book to reach people that have been through similar situations, and to help you begin or get through the healing process so you can continue your life without symptoms of PTSD, depression, or other symptoms that these situation can cause.
